Windows 10: Microsoft Store Buying product issue

Lately I've been playing some Game Pass games and mostly Sea of Thieves. Then, I wanted to buy "Ancient Coins" (an in-game coin) which were only purchasable by Microsoft Store. Everything was proceeding normally, until after I typed my PIN and when I was going to select my credit card, it gave me a message: "Sign in again

I did some research about it, and tried to solve by regedit, internet options on Internet Explorer and using CMD Commands, but none of them seemed to work. I've tried to purchase another ancient coins pack, then another game just to test, and all of them gave the same message. Already rebooted, logged out (from Windows AND Microsoft Store), but nothing seemed to work. Anyone has any idea of what it could be? Or is experiencing the same issue?

Unable to rent or buy Movies from Microsoft store

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

1. Do you receive any error while buying or renting Movies?
   
2. Were you able to buy or rent movies from Microsoft store with the same Microsoft account previously?
   
3. Have you tried using the Microsoft store website to buy or rent movies?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Verify the region, date & time settings.

1. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
   
2. Tap or click Time & language.
   
3. Select either Date & time or Region & language and check all settings.
   

Method 2:



Reset the Microsoft store app.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type ‘wsreset’ and hit enter.

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions regarding the query:

• Are you logging in using Microsoft Account credentials?
• Are you the administrator of the user profile?

Step 1: You will be able to buy apps and other products from Windows Store if you are logging in using
Microsoft Account.



I suggest you to login using your Microsoft account credentials and check if you are able to buy the products from Windows Store.



If you do not have a Microsoft account, sign up and create a Microsoft account from the link below and check if you are able to download the apps from the Windows Store.

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to run the
apps troubleshooter included within Windows OS manually by following the steps below and check if the issue persist.
