Windows 10: Microsoft Store cannot be launched

There's always a white bar underneath the Microsoft Store, and the store cannot be launchedI have tried different ways to solve it, but failed. The methods are shown as below :1. repair/reset in the application setting panel2. update the system to the newest version I uninstalled the update later3. using powershell scan and dism to restoreand also the Diagnostic System Host cannot be activated. why?Here's my OS detail:Edition Windows 11 Pro for Workstations Version 23H2 Installed on ‎11/‎06/‎2024 OS build 22631.3737 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0

Unable to launch Microsoft Store and Microsoft store apps.

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store to fix the issues with the Microsoft apps that are not launching. Also, follow the steps from the article

Microsoft Store doesn't launch to fix the issues you are facing in launching Store.

Microsoft Store app not launching

1. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
2. Do you get any error code when you try to open the store app?
   
3. Which build version of Windows 10 you are using currently?

Which Windows operating system am I running?



I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Reset Microsoft store.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for Run.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type
   wsreset and hit enter.
   

The command will reset the store cache and open the app once the command is complete.



Method 2:



Create a new user account and check. Refer the article to

create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

1. Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer prior to this issue?
   

Method 1:




I suggest you refer and follow the suggestions in the article about
Microsoft Store doesn't launch and see if that helps.




Method 2:
Try re-registering the Microsoft Store App using PowerShell command.



1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on
Windows PowerShell (Admin)

2. Now type in the following command and hit
Enter to re-register



powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml



3. Restart the PC.



Method 3:




If the issue persists, I suggest you
create a new user account and check if it
helps.
