Windows 10: Microsoft store cant download apps

Hi i need help asap...So the Microsoft store cant download any app in there, i tried every single solution found on internet answered by microsoft help and nothing helps, the only thing i didnt try and i wont try is reinstalling windows or repairing windows or anything to do with loosing some files or apps or settings

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
