Windows 10: Microsoft Store Can't open apps, says I need to unlink yet I only have one device linked.

I tried opening multiple apps on the Microsoft store like Minecraft and Roblox yet nothing worked since it said I had to unlink a device because I had to many. I check my devices but it says that only one device the computer I'm using is linked. So I clicked unlink and reopened the apps and it still gives me the errors.

• Open people app and select the link option from top right options.
• Now click on the contact you want to unlink.
• Select unlink.

Unlink combined contacts - People app

The People app is your address book. Combine contacts is a feature to link duplicates to a single contact to avoid confusion. To overcome the issue you’re facing, I suggest you to try the steps listed below:

Method 1

Unlink Contacts:

• Open People app, click on the contact that is linked, and select
  See More on the right pane.
  
• Click on Separate for the contact you want to unlink.
  

Method 2

Reset People app:

If you’ve multiple contacts that are linked, resetting People app would unlink contacts and put everything in place.

• Exit People app, if open.
  
• Open Settings and click on Apps.
  
• Locate People app on the right pane and choose
  Advanced Options.
  
• Click on Reset.
  

Once reset is complete, open People app to see if the contacts are still linked.

Microsoft store account devices wont unlink

Hi, i am currently having some trouble unlinking devices in my microsoft store account https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content it usually says that the device
has been unlinked but now it says

Try again later…

We can’t unlink this laptop right now​

I have no idea what is going on. any help will be appreciated. Thanks for taking your time to read this.
