Windows 10: Microsoft Store completely missing after reset

I was helping my younger sister fix microsoft store earlier by attempting a full factory reset. Before the reset, microsoft store was an app on Windows but was unopenable. We had tried every method to fix it prior & we finally gave up and attempted a factory reset. After the reset was finished, microsoft store was no longer on her system. I've already tried fixing it with a number of powershell solutions I've found online. I've already tried running wsreset & troubleshooters, I've even tried making another user entirely to attempt to fix it. Nothing has worked, please help

Hello I am an independent advisor for the Microsoft community. Open your Settings and then click Apps. Scroll down the list to find "Microsoft Store." Click on it and then click "Additional Options." Try to reset this app to see if your shortcuts reappear.
If that doesn't work try this type of reset outlined in this page:

I also suggest that you do a complete Windows reset so that you have a fresh install of the operating system. Especially since you bought the computer used, you have no idea what other types of problems the previous user caused for you.

Microsoft Store and Photo apps missing after reset

Hi,

I had to do a total reset of my laptop and after it was complete, the Microsoft Store and Photo apps are missing. The icon appear in the taskbar but, they will not launch. They do not appear in my apps list.

I have done a search here and tried the troubleshooting and the Powershell options. I've also tried ordering the Photo app from the Microsoft website, however, since my Store app is also missing, apparently, this is useless.

Nothing has worked.

My version of Windows 10 is 1903 (OS Build 18362.356).
