Windows 10: Microsoft store continously fails to download anything

Hi! i've been trying to use the Microsoft store for a few days now but whenever i try to download anything the Microsoft store asks me to elevate it so it can download a host process and a few seconds after the download fails with no explanation whatsoeverI've tried just about anything but nothing seems to work, i'd really like to avoid having to reinstall windows just for this one thing

Microsoft Store failing to update or download

I'm having trouble with Microsoft Store. When I'm trying to update my apps, I get a failed error (0x80070015) and no update. I've come across the following article (Redirecting) which seems to do no good. Short of re-installing Windows, does anyone have any experience or suggestions to remedy this problem?

This is on Windows 10 1803

Downloading whole continents with Map Loader fails?

Since I bought a 16Gb memory card (Nokia MU-44) for my E66, I decided to try to download e.g. whole Europe and America maps to the E66. However, these seem to fail at some point. For example, if I try to download whole Asia (486.3MB), it downloads it successfully
to the computer, but when it transfers it to the device with USB, it always stops at 21.8%, and after awhile complains that connection to the device was lost. When you press ok, the connections seems to be ok.



A couple of questions:



1. Downloading the whole continent in pieces (ie. selecting each subarea one by one to the download list) does not seem to cause the same problem. However, if you do this, Map Loader shows that all sub areas of Asia amount to 641.3MB. Why is this, when downloading
the whole continent in one piece would be only 486.3MB? Same with e.g. Europe, 1.3 GB versus 1.6 GB, if you picked up each European country one by one.



2. Where are the downloaded maps on PC hard drive? Is it possible to try to transfer them to the phone, without having to download them all over again from Nokia server?



Has someone been able to download the whole America, Europe or Asia map to you phone?
