Windows 10: Microsoft store corrupt; no solution is working

Hi, my microsoft store is corrupt and I have tried every method that I can find on youtube and on this forum on how to fix it.

I've run wsreset multiple times, tried running it twice in a row, powershell, troubleshooting which says it cannot find an error at all, I've tried to reset through app settings, and I have also changed to a local account. All of which have given me a slew of error codes and new issues to go along with it.
Now that I have changed to a local account, I cannot switch back to my microsoft profile, nor can I create a new profile either, and the problem still persists. I have system restored my computer as well, which did not fix the issue, and seemed to exacerbate it somewhat. Now that I have logged into the local account, I cannot access any microsoft help windows at all on my PC. Nothing microsoft related will load, and I cannot update my laptop. I cannot use the contact us app either. I am not sure where to go from here, as this issue persists and I cannot find anything that has helped with this issue. Will I have to do a full restore of my laptop? Will that even help?
Any help would be massively appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

File corruption is a possible reason why Microsoft Store is not working.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

• Install any uninstalled updates to Windows. Go to Settings >
  Update & Security > Check for Updates.
• If Microsoft Store still doesn't launch, try these steps:
  • Check for
    connection problems.
  • Check if you are signed in with a
    Microsoft account.
  • Check your time and location settings. Go to Settings >
    Time & Language.
• Re-register Microsoft Store:
  • Open Settings.
  • Go to Apps & features.
  • Select Store.
  • Click Advanced options.
  • Click the Reset button.
  • Click Reset again to confirm.
• Reset the Microsoft Store cache:
  • Press Windows + R keys to open the run command box.
  • Type WSReset, then try launching Microsoft Store and sign in.
