    Microsoft store crashes my pc


    Hello,Everytime when I use my microsoft store, my pc stuck in a crash loop. I tried on Win11 clean install and with Win10 clean install. I install minecraft and pc says good bye. I dont know how i can fix that..

    We regret the inconvenience you are facing. Before I suggest you some troubleshooting steps and confuse you more, can you share what exactly happens with the Windows Store?


    • What do you mean by fades away? Does it crash?

    • Are you not able to sign in to Windows Store? What error message do you get?

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.

    • What happens when you launch Microsoft Solitaire Collection?
    • Do you read any error message when you launch the game? If yes, what is the error message?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?


    In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
