Windows 10: Microsoft Store crashes on startup every time

Every time I try to launch Microsoft Store it immediately crashes and when I look in Event Viewer, a new Error appears from that time in Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application:Faulting application name: WinStore.App.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x65529fd7Faulting module name: twinapi.appcore.dll, version: 10.0.22621.2506, time stamp: 0x72110e26Exception code: 0xc000027bFault offset: 0x00000000000d0503Faulting process ID: 0x0x2070Faulting application start&

Microsoft Store keeps crashing on startup

Hi,

My Microsoft Store keeps crashing on startup.

I tried every step posted by Sumit in his post here

Redirecting

One difference is that in step 4. (Check for necessary services) I don't have "Windows Store" on the list of services, even after reinstall. (But it might be under different name as this is not an EN install)

I also tried steps from Fix Microsoft Store Crashing on Windows 10 | SoftwareKeep Including taking ownership of the WindowsApps folder

I also tried scanning drives for file system errors:

sfc/scannow

chkdsk /r /f

But issue did not improve

Finally, I did clean install of Windows (removed all partitions and let Windows do all the job). After fresh/clean install, Microsoft Store still keeps crashing

I thought the issue might be related to my Microsoft account. So I created new one and added a user with it. When I logged in as the new user, Store is still crashing the same way.

I'm desperate. Can someone help?

It still does the white background and ROBLOX logo in middle and still closes soon after (microsoft store version) so no error message
