Windows 10: Microsoft store crashing.

I had wanted to change a notification sound from one of the apps in the microsoft store, so I looked through the internet and saw I had to change the ownership to my account. Following this, microsoft store instantly crashes when I try to open it, even through a local reinstall of windows. How do I fix it?

Microsoft Store keeps crashing on startup

Hi,

My Microsoft Store keeps crashing on startup.

I tried every step posted by Sumit in his post here

Redirecting

One difference is that in step 4. (Check for necessary services) I don't have "Windows Store" on the list of services, even after reinstall. (But it might be under different name as this is not an EN install)

I also tried steps from Fix Microsoft Store Crashing on Windows 10 | SoftwareKeep Including taking ownership of the WindowsApps folder

I also tried scanning drives for file system errors:

sfc/scannow

chkdsk /r /f

But issue did not improve

Tried also

Finally, I did clean install of Windows (removed all partitions and let Windows do all the job). After fresh/clean install, Microsoft Store still keeps crashing

I thought the issue might be related to my Microsoft account. So I created new one and added a user with it. When I logged in as the new user, Store is still crashing the same way.

I'm desperate. Can someone help?
