Windows 10: Microsoft Store "Desktop Live Wallpaper" app will get my wallpaper stuck and I cannot...

I have already tried resetting cache, resetting wallpaper, setting it to something else, uninstalling it, restarting my computer, and all of that but it is still stuck.

Desktop Live Wallpaper Issue!

Recently, I started using desktop live wallpaper but now I want to disable desktop live wallpaper. How can I do that?

Hi, I am using Windows 11. The image on lock screen works fine, but desktop wallpaper is not showing. It is blank (black). The taskbar is visible though. I tried installing Bing Wallpaper. It shows on the taskbar, but nothing on the desktop. Another app called Lively Wallpaper (available on Microsoft Store) works fine.
