Windows 10: Microsoft Store doesnt allow any downloads.

Hello, i've been having this problem for some years now where the Microsoft Store doesnt function. Whenever i try to install any app or game from the store, that image appears. It says that something happened on their end and to wait, but i have waited for some years now. I have restarted, reset, reset router, everything. I have tried a different account on my computer and it doesnt work, but that same account works on other computers. Additionally, this problem has persisted from two different devices. Leading me to believe that theres some sort of malware i have installed twice, or some sort
