Windows 10: Microsoft Store doesnt update any of my apps with message "Something happened on our end"

Im on Windows 11 laptop and 3 months ago my Microsoft Store went bad. It stopped updating all my apps. Tried repeatedly since then and Im still stuck. During the 3 months did many searches and found dozens of blogs and community answers on how to fix this. Needless to say if any of those worked I would not be posting here today. Starting to feel really frustrated and desperate. Have also tried to get some MS chat support but that is near to impossible. Does anybody have any idea what i can do to re-enable MS Store updating my apps without losing all my apps?

• Are you using a local account or a Microsoft Account to login the PC?
  • If you are using a Microsoft account, then check out ABSwenson's reply on this

• Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue happening?
• What exactly were the troubleshooting steps done in order to resolve the issue?
