Windows 10: Microsoft store Doesn't work on my Profile

Discus and support Microsoft store Doesn't work on my Profile in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; As title says, Microsoft store doesn't work on my account on my pc, but it works on a 2nd administrator account I made to test.     Microsoft store Doesn't work on my Profile


    As title says, Microsoft store doesn't work on my account on my pc, but it works on a 2nd administrator account I made to test. I've tried reinstalling through powershell, using troubleshooters, wsreset, using settings, even reinstalling windows but it doesn't get fixed. My guess is it has something to do with my account, but can anyone tell me a fix?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Microsoft Store doesn´t work

    Hey guy´s, on my Surface GO the microsoft Store is dosen´t working.

    The "APP" is starting and some seconds (1-2 second´s) later it´s closing.

    The tips from google are not helpfull ( windows updates, reset the store, delete the cache, repair windows store, new instalation), nothing is working.

    Please help me, what can i do that the stoe is working?

    I need some APP´s frome the store.

    (sorry for my bad englisch)

    Hi Vijay, thanks a lot for your recommendations.

    I do all, step by step, and I restarted my PC after each one, but the result was the same.

    All my preinstalled apps doesn´t work. My Microsoft Store doesn´t open. The window of Microsoft Store open for a a second and close inmediately each time I try to open it.

    I did a windows recover and create a new windows profile, but nothing works.
