Windows 10: Microsoft store dosent start

I cant start my Microsoft store and I cant open any picture. every time I try to open a picture I get this message

WHEN I GO TO MICROSOFT STORE AND THEN TRYS TO DOWNLOAD ANY APP SO WHENEVER IT SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE TO LATEST VERSION OF WINDOS SSTILL I HAVE UP TO DATE WIN 10 PRO OR WHENEVER THE APP WINDOW DOSENT OPEN FROM WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THAT APP.I AM
VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS.

Regrets the inconvenience you have experienced. Try the below mentioned steps and check if they helps:

Method 1:

Re-register Windows Store by running the following commands in a command prompt window started as Administrator. Press Windows key + X and select command prompt(Admin) then copy paste the below commands without quotes:

"PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted "

"$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest "

Method 2:

Suggest you try the below mentioned steps to fix any issue with system files, when you access the desktop screen:

• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type or copy/paste the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
