Windows 10: Microsoft store download not finishing.

I tried to install the game "Sniper Elite 5" which is over 100 GB from the Microsoft store, but when the download gets to 48.5GB, the download stops and I get this error: 0x87e0000f. I tried installing it from both the Xbox app and the Microsoft store. I have also tried running wsreset as admin, but nothing works.I have checked for updates, done "sfc /scannow", and rebooted.

Cannot Download Anything From Microsoft Store

I changed the DNS Servers to 8 8 8 8 and 8 8 4 4, but still no downloads. I finished my drive partition backups so the next step is the Microsoft Store on Tuesday. Wish me luck.
