Windows 10: Microsoft store download not working PLEASE HELP

Hi there, im trying to download a game (ark survival evolved) on my Windows 10 computer, however after reaching the size of the game (78gb) it then said 79/79 80/80 etc. It's currently on 184.5/184.5. I saw someone say on another thread they had to wait till the blue download bar reached the end, however my blue bar is getting stuck about a third of the way, please help!

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

I understand the inconvenience caused to you with accessing Windows Store, we will help you with this issue.

This issue might have occurred because of some issues with the Windows Store cache.

So, I suggest you to try the steps provided below and see if it helps you to fix the issue.

Step 1: Run WSReset.exe
.

• Press Windows+R key to open
  Run box
• Enter wsreset.exe in the Run command and then tap or click
  OK.
• Restart your computer and check.

If resetting Windows Store cache does not help then,

Step 2: Re-register Windows Store by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:

Follow the below steps.

• Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• Press OK the UAC prompt if shown. That will open an elevated command prompt. (It will show Administrator in the caption.)
  
• Then enter the chkdsk command
  
  PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Restart the computer and try to download the apps.

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.
