Windows 10: Microsoft Store download stalls

Hello, I recently purchased a game on the Microsoft Store; specifically, Sea of Thieves, if that somehow helps.

At first, the download went fine, getting to 35GB of the 40GB or so total. I the received an error, which after googling mentioned a "catastrophic error" in the Microsoft Store client. I restarted my PC to see if that would fix it, no error being displayed. Instead, however, my download speed has gone from 40mbps to rarely pushing 13. It will start off at around 20mbps before slowly ticking down to 1 or 2mbps. After all of this, it finally hits 0, the download stalling indefinitely.

I've tried all the solutions I've been able to find on other forums:

Running wsreset

Running: Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"} in Powershell.

Resetting the store's cache

Running Troubleshooter, never receiving any issues.

Running System file check.

Even manually changing Windows download speed limit.

I've done pretty much everything but resetting my windows in it's entirety, something I'm hesitant to do unless a last resort.

I'd appreciate any help on this.

Downloading is Slow from Store.

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
