Windows 10: Microsoft Store downloaded apps list

In the Store app on my Windows 11 PC, there is a list of applications I have installed in the past. I would like to clear this list. I have found no way to do so. I thought this was related to my Microsoft Account, so I factory reset my PC and set the PC up without the account, but the remembered apps are still there. Is there any way for this list to be cleared? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
