Windows 10: Microsoft Store - Downloads and updates constantly "pending"

I have tried every solution found online,repair and reset in the settings, install and reinstall the store, changing accounts I created a new one but it has not helped! every download or update is constantly and forever in the pending state, is it ever possible that a problem that has been present for so long has not been solved? do you know of any other solution?

When I try to update or download anything in the microsoft store it is constantly stuck on pending. Nothing I have tried so far has worked

Hi, thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I tried all these steps and it hasn't solved the issue. After restarting I checked back on the apps in Microsoft store and it still says pending. I've waited about 20 minutes and there's no progress, just says pending.
