Windows 10: Microsoft Store Error 0x80072F8F

Hello, I am trying to download an app on the Microsoft store, and it says this, I have included two pictures of my problem. I hope someone can fix this.

Cannot install updates or Store apps, error code 0x80072F8F

All this looks alright, except the SFC /SCANNOW command returned a note about there being some corrupt files - I have the log saved if (part of?) it would be useful?

I search on the internet and I found solutions which is NOT work at all

Error 0x80072F8F is caused for the following 3 services on Windows 10:

Windows Update. (I updated and nothing error)

Windows Activation. (mine is activated already)

Microsoft Store. (see error screenshot above)

I tried these already...

1] Fix Date and Time
2] Check your Internet Connection
3] Reset Microsoft Store

4] Run Microsoft Store Apps Troubleshooter

Microsoft has also released a dedicated Microsoft Store apps Troubleshooter. (I cant find this one??)

I have tried every single thing on the internet and none of them solve the Code: 0x80072F8F

I can launch Microsoft Store but can't install or download any apps even the one I already purchased

anything possible way I can tried without reinstall Windows and lose my files and apps

Puzzling. Tends to suggest permissions errors or other corruption.

As a matter of routine, please run these basic checks.
a. Check your disk e.g.
HD Tune (free) Health and Error scan tabs (e.g. from Softpedia).
b. If ok, run
chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or Powershell prompt
c. if ok, run
SFC /SCANNOW
similarly

Report the summary results.

What is the status of these services?
