Windows 10: Microsoft Store error 0x80D02017 only when downloading "Xbox"

When installing Xbox, it fails after about 5 min and gives me the error 0x80D02017. This only happens with the Xbox app and I have installed other apps and updates with no issues. I have signed out and in of the store, I have reset the store, I have restarted my PC, I have checked all my windows services, I have disabled my IPV6, I've tried the installer off of the Xbox website, I use Kaspersky AV and disabled it, I've turned off ethernet and tried Wifi instead. Nothing has worked.

Xbox App and Microsoft store download problems [Error code: 0x80d02017]

When I go to download Ark: Survival Evolved (only ark. everything else works) it gives me the same error code (0x80d02017) on both Xbox app and the Microsoft store. I tell me "There has been an error on our end." I've looked and tried tons of solutions on the web, and nothing has worked. I would appreciate if someone could help me.

 

Error code 0x80d02017 in Microsoft/XBox Store

Hello, recently my Microsoft Store, specifically the Application for XBox Game Pass for PC has been giving me the Error message 0x80d02017 while trying to update Games. I tried restarting my PC multiple times, logging in and out of the XBox App and the Microsoft Store and clearing space on my hard drive. Another troubleshooting method I tried was updating my Windows 10 version but I am getting another Error meage: 0x89246002 but the windows troubleshooter could not identify any problems. I read through many threads on solving this issue, one of them said I should turn off IPV6, which did not help either. After a bit of reasearch I read those two problems could both be caused by third party Antivirus programms, which (to my knowledge) I do not own. I would like to check though, so helping me find where I can check for third party antivirus software on my PC would be a great help! Any suggestions regarding troubleshooting are greatly appreciated, Thanks to everyone in advance!

Yes, I did originally suspect both of the errors I encountered (one while using the microsoft store, the other while trying to update windwos 10) could be caused by third party security software, but I checked the windows defender through windows security and everything is running and no third party software is active.

Therefore I would like to ask what else I should try to fix the error the Microsoft Store is giving me. I would like to add that the Microsoft Store displays the wrong file size while trying to update Applications and then says "something unexpected happened" along with the error code 0x80d02017.
