Windows 10: Microsoft Store Error 800700002

So, my Windows 10 Pro Desktop cannot download or update any store apps, each time of trying get the error 80070002.
My Laptop on Windows 10 Home, works fine with all store apps.
Both use the same account to login to the store.
Both are Windows 10 17134.167

So, any idea of the problem?
Is it possible to delete some files/folders relating to the store on the Desktop and replace with the same one from the Laptop?

Getting the error message unable to check for updates (800700002). Any suggestions on Windows Phone 8?

I bought a new Lumia 640 everything was going fine for 1 week now am not able to play any songs videos photos in ma phone. The error code is showing 800700002. Kindly help me to resolve the issue. I am missing music very badly

As per the error message, your internet connection might have something to do with the error code 0x800704cf. The anti-virus on your computer can also be the culprit here. However, let us not assume anything yet until we isolated your concern. We suggest
that you download and run the Windows Store App Troubleshooter. Once done, check if the issue persists.
You can also check if the Store works in another user account. If the issue
still persists, we suggest to reset the Microsoft Store. Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard, the type in wsreset.exe.
• Hit Enter to proceed.

You may reset the Store a couple of times before checking if the issue persists.
