Windows 10: Microsoft Store error code 0x80040154 - Troubleshooter won't download

I thought I had found the answer to my question elsewhere on the site the link is below however the link to the troubleshooter download gives Error 404. All I want is to download Norton back onto my laptop with Windows 10 after a reinstall due to performance issues. Is there another link to the troubleshooter that isn't broken? Note: I have checked for system updates twice and have rebooted after any updates. My system should be fully up to date now.Microsoft Store Error Code: 0x80040154 - Microsoft Community

Registry Error - Windows Update - Error Code 0x80040154

Hello all,
I have an issue with my WIndows Updates, I am getting error code 0x80040154 and all the sites I checked did not help.

Here is my Windows Update log:

Checked in the Registry and here is what is listed
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Services\Pending\117cab2d-82b1-4b5a-a08c-4d62dbee7782

I have tried everything to get it to the correct location without any luck.

SFC / DISM / ResetWUEeng / WinFixit / and the list goes on.

I also deleted it and broke my computer and could not restore it. Had to start all over again and still received the same error message.

Does anybody have any suggestions. Thanks.

 

Microsoft Store -- Beta Software Download fails with error code 0x80040154

Good evening,

some days ago I was invited to a closed beta of Age Of Empires 2: DE. The Insider-Hub includes a listing for the game and a link to the game in the Microsoft Store. I was able to download a part of the game (a few GB) before my internet connection disconnected.
Resuming the download was not possible so I removed it and tried again. It terminated with error code 0x8007001F. After a reboot I saw only a "Try again later" error after clicking install. I've already asked in the AoE forums here:

I'm looking forward to any other suggestions. Maybe even a Microsoft technican. The people I spoke with from the Microsoft support team were not able to help me. They suggested asking on reddit or here.

Registry Error - Windows Update - Error Code 0x80040154

Good day all - after letting all the downloads processes, I still received the same error message - here is a screen shot of the downloadsAttachment 122713 that were installed, screenshot of the registry and copy of the windows update log showing where service 117cab2d-82b1-4b5a-a08c-4d62dbee7782 first appeared. I think my next step will be to do a RESET and see if the system will make corrections.
