Windows 10: Microsoft store Error Code:0x80070422 (Turn on windows update)

I have a problem with my microsoft store when i last reset my laptop it keeps saying that windows update is disabled on the microsoft store and i have tired many fixes on the internet like restarting windows update service and putting it to automatic and ive tried wsreset.exe everytime i run the troubleshooter it says no problems found PLEASE HELP thank you.

Microsoft Store gives the code: 0x80070422

Hello, I have a problem with Microsoft Store. When i try to download any application it says you need to enable Windows Update, it gives the code: 0x80070422.But the problem is that i have already enabled the Windows Update

I am having the same issue with win 10. I have done all these steps and am still getting error code0x80070422) when I check for updates and using the store.

When I tried to run net start wuauserv I get error 1058 as well.

Any help not mentioned above would be appreciated.
