Windows 10: Microsoft Store error code 0xC002001B with Windows 11

Nothing was working on my computer correctly, so I just did a complete clean reinstall of Windows 11 and wiped everything as I thought this would fix the issues I've been experiencing.I had software that was opening as a line in the middle of my screen and I couldn't get that fixed. Also no apps from the store would open. I now come to find that I can't even download any apps and get the store error code 0xC002001B. I am beyond frustrated with this and have been using Windows since it first came out and never had an issue like this.I saw that a download was provided for those with Windows 10,

Microsoft store error code 0xC002001B

Alright so, I got a new pc with windows 11 on it, I reinstalled windows 10 because that is what I prefer. However soon after that I got a 0xC002001B error code from the Microsoft store, files are missing/corrupted. I've tried everything from hard resetting the pc to reinstalling windows 10, nothing that has been recorded even helps. No resetting the Microsoft store does nothing, it only removes it for me, making it imposable to access from app management or the windows button without a hard reset. I do not want to go back to windows 11, but I have never encountered this problem with my old pcs in the past.

 

Error code "0xC002001B" regarding microsoft store apps

I never ended up installing windows 11, since somehow, launching microsoft solitaire might have allowed some of the apps i needed to install, install. I still have the error, but not with any apps that i need.

I hope microsoft adresses and solves this issue, instead of using it as a resource to make people upgrade to windows 11, since I, personally dislike the new look and performance.

EDIT: Also, i looked through the full error details on "0xC002001B" in the event list.

Some of the details i found:

Seems to be a windows licensing issue? I'm not very knowledgeble regarding this subject. But it might be because the PC is bought from a company, so there's issues with the windows keys they use?

 

Microsoft error code 0xC002001B

I've tried clearing cache, signing in with a new account, etc etc. Please kindly provide anything i might be able to use and solve this issue.
