Windows 10: Microsoft Store error code 0xc0ea000a after trying to acquire licence

Good Day,My wife recently got a new Windows 11 laptop. When we did the transfer from her old Windows 10 laptop everything came over no problem. After several rounds of updates, both from Windows Update under settings and through the Microsoft Store, everything seemed to be perfect and easy.However, once my wife tried to play a game she has been playing for years, we noticed it did not download from the Microsoft Store. Every time we tried to download the game, it would get to Acquiring Licence and then throw the 0xc0ea000a error code.I have been scouring the internet to try and find a solution

getting error 0xC0EA000A While trying to download apps from store

Same problem. Tried all suggested steps and removed devices from store, no success. Unable to run any app needing an update, such as Netflix. Had same issue with Kobo, however a direct download from their website worked.

Getting REALLY frustrated with Microsoft, this has affected my SP3 for two to three weeks now.

0xC0EA000A always appears after the status reads "Acquiring Licence."

 

Microsoft Store, Unable to install apps, getting error code: 0xC0EA000A

I've tried numerous suggestions I've found only and am still unable to install some apps with the Microsoft Store.
Error code: 0xC0EA000A

Some apps I can install. I click on it, it downloads and installs, no problem.

But for some reason I'm unable to install iTunes and Files App.

I get the error when it says "Acquiring License"

I'm stuck - what can I do?
