Windows 10: Microsoft Store fails to download/update any of the apps. Error Code: 0x80073CFE

The Microsoft Store, for the longest time and after many Windows Updates, still cannot download or update any app. I've tried resetting and all manner of solutions to no avail. I want to use apps such as MS To Do but I can't even download that nor find it manually downloadable anywhere.

Nothing seems to work...


Even the Microsoft Store can't update itself, it's just stuck. Please help!

Microsoft Store failing to update or download

I'm having trouble with Microsoft Store. When I'm trying to update my apps, I get a failed error (0x80070015) and no update. I've come across the following article (Windows store error code 0x80070015) which seems to do no good. Short of re-installing Windows, does anyone have any experience or suggestions to remedy this problem?

This is on Windows 10 1803

Windows 10- Store Error 0x80073CFE

Yes, I have created a new local admin account. I get the same error code (0x80073CFE) in "Store" when trying to update apps on the new account.
