Windows 10: Microsoft Store/Feedback Hub and VPN

I can no longer connect to the Microsoft Store or to the feedback hub to report a problem with the store when connected through my VPN. I used to be able to connect just fine. I am running Win 11 Pro Build 22000.co_release.210604-1628, the latest update. I have the problem on both a Dell XPS-8940 desktop and an MSI G76 Stealth laptop, both with Intel Core i 11th gen, the desktop with 64 GB memory, the laptop with 32GB.Both access the store just fine when connected without the VPN. Microsoft Store and Feedback Hub will not launch

I'm trying to install a new printer on a new Dell Windows 10 machine and the only way to get the drivers for the printer is through the Microsoft Store. When I try to launch the Microsoft Store it comes up for about 3 seconds and then goes away with no error message. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...t-launch-126a875d-8b72-def1-0af6-d325276a058b to no avail. The last step said to then open the Feedback Hub but I'm having the same problem with Feedback Hub. How do I fix these two apps?

 

Feedback Hub

Terminate / Reset / Uninstall Feedback Hub

Windows Key+i > Apps > Click Feedback Hub > Advanced options

Terminate and now check whether Feedback Hub is working or not

If not, Reset and now check whether Feedback Hub is working or not

If not, Uninstall and reinstall from Microsoft Store again

Get back to me if above doesn't work. I will provide further troubleshooting steps.
