Windows 10: Microsoft Store freezes when I try to do anything in it. Also I game I told it to stop...

As I said before in the Subject, I guess I will go to give more details. So I wanted to install Halo Wars, however I realized it was installing on the wrong drive so I went to cancel its installation. Which just seemed to not do anything. When I looked it how to fix this is it says go the Microsoft store settings. Yet when I do this the app freezes on a endless loading screen.
