Windows 10: Microsoft store games not starting

any games that I have installed off of the Microsoft store will either not open or open to a splash screen and be stuck on that screen for about a minute until it will eventually close. I have tried resetting the games multiple times, i have uninstalled and then reinstalled the games and I have also tried running the games on an admin account. The games that i am trying to play are Sea Of Thieves and Forza Horizon 4. These games work perfectly fine on my laptop and they both use the same Microsoft account.
