Windows 10: microsoft store games

Anyone out there who can help because I'm getting so fed up with this.1. have not been able to access taptiles daily challenges for over 2 months now. Error code 002000 comes up avery time. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling numerous times. I've tried resetting on numerous occasions. No change and this happens across 3 devices using 3 different wifi connections. This began immediately after my premium subscription expired. Needless to say, it seems pointless renewing it.2. Microsoft jigsaw - I still have premium subscription which only manages to load now and again - its totally
