Windows 10: Microsoft Store has never loaded on brand new Surface Go

I have a brand new Suface Go with Windows 11 on it. The Microsoft Store never loads. the Calculator doesn't even open. The Snipping tool doesn't open. The BITS service is corrupt and cannot be fixed. I have tried a repair install of fresh Windows 11 and it didn't fix any of it.I have run sfc /scannow and DSIM numerous times and they return nothing.Running the Troubleshooter on BITS returns Error 2388526088.Someone please help.

Surface 1645 - Trying to load apps from Microsoft Store, only shows desktop device, not Surface.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

You may try to reset Microsoft Store and check if you get the option for Surface.

To reset Microsoft Store, follow the below steps:

1. Use the Windows Key + R to open the Run command.
2. Type WSReset.exe and Ok to run the task.

The WSReset utility will run and after a few seconds, if the operation completed successfully, the Store will open automatically.

When you are done with the Store reset, logout from your account and login back to Store with the same credentials. By doing that, you should be able to load all the applications on the Microsoft store regarding Surface.

Cannot install Microsoft Store apps on new Surface Pro 7

I just purchased a new Surface Pro and I cannot install any apps from the Microsoft Store. I've reset the Store app several times, updated the computer (I'm "up to date"), confirmed that my new device is listed in the Store, turned the BITS (?) system to
run automatically, ran troubleshoot for the Store, and a few other things.

The funny thing is that I just installed the apps that I'm looking to install on my old Surface Pro 4, without any issues.

Any suggestions?
