Windows 10: Microsoft store infinite updating, crash on app detail, crash on open settings

I have Windows 10 22H21 update forever- When I launch Microsoft Store, it shows than an update is available.- When I click "Install" I assume this is the text for English localization there, loading animation shows and it says something like: heading: Preparing text below spinner: "good things are awaiting you"This has no network or disk usage and the program is idle.2 crash on click app detail- whenever I click an app to view its detail, the Microsoft Store shows a brief wireframe with app logo and rating without data and then crashes.The error in eventvwr.exe Event Viewer is:\a\_wo

I Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter but it didn't work (couldn't identify the problem).





I have already tried before Re-register Microsoft Store app creating with a new user and Reset app store with not luck.




I also completed the windows repair ( by ISO ) it didn't work as well.

Any other suggestions?

This issue may arise when some of the Windows components or applications gets corrupted.

I would suggest you to try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

If the issue persists, Please follow the following steps:

• • Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  • Click File > Run New Task
  • Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  • Type Powershell
  • Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
    
    $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  • Close the Powershell window
  • Reboot the computer and check if it helps.
