Windows 10: Microsoft store is gone how can I fix it?

So, I recently reset my PC and It has been running great, although for some reason my Microsoft store is gone and I have been encountering the error as unable to open ms-windows-store link. I have been following along with some tutorials and I have used the command Unable to install because the following apps need to be closed Microsoft.GamingServices_16.83.11001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe. NOTE: For additional information, look for [ActivityId] 15002992-1cd1-000a-e8bd-0215d11cda01 in the Event Log or use the command Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Regis

Unable to launch Microsoft Store and Microsoft store apps.

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

There could be a corruption with the Windows Store. Try restarting the computer once and check.

If the issue persist, I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache and check.
WSReset.exe is a troubleshooting tool designed to reset the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
