Windows 10: Microsoft Store is saying I have 1GB of video memory instead of the 3 I have

    Microsoft Store is saying I have 1GB of video memory instead of the 3 I have


    I'm trying to play flight simulator and it keeps giving me this error when I play... so i looked into microsoft store to find the problem, and it says this... and i looked at my Shared Video Memory and it says this... can you please help me?

    Microsoft Store saying wrong Onboard Graphics Memory?

    I have a Lenovo Laptop. It has Onboard graphics ( An Intel UHD 620). It has a Dedicated video RAM of 128 MB but when I go to Microsoft store and try to buy or download a game or software it shows I have 1GB video memory. Which one is the right one? Please

    I have tried both of these steps already and still, when I click "Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead," nothing happens, I believe this can be seen in the video I posted. Thanks for the suggestions, though.
