Windows 10: Microsoft Store is stuck in an infinite loading for downloading games apps how can i fix it

This really sucks as im trying to update the xbox app to play games and download netflix and amazon music but all will juist stay in a infinite loading but will never actually dowload they all just say downloading but dont actually download how can i fix this

Any solution to fixing Microsoft game downloading?

Just yesterday I bought Ultimate Game Pass for $1. I've downloaded the game, download went smoothly after a few hours.

I then clicked on the "PLAY" button that was there and the game loaded up and closed right down. I checked for the files and everything was gone.

I checked "Installed" and I did not see any Forza 4 in my library or installed apps list, The only thing that was in the "installed" list was the Drift Pack but the main games files were closed as well.

I've downloaded this 4 times, 76.82gb it was stated.

Each time I've downloaded it closed unexpectedly and game files were gone.

Yes, I double checked I'm on the right account for Microsoft.

I just have to install this infinitely till it gets fixed.

Yes, I've restarted the entire PC, Resetted Microsoft Store, Did WSRESET, tried out most of the solutions that was out.
