Windows 10: microsoft store issue can't download anything

Hello there,About a month, microsoft store has an issue.When i try download or update any app or game, it doesn't download anything and gets stuck.I tryed troubleshoot and this is what i get:https://imgur.com/a/P6J1xlg Does this mean i need UAC on?I have it disabled for accessibility reasons.I was using microsoft store fine before windows update, 1 month agostill had UAC disabled that time.Apps,that are already installed still open normaly.I tryed play minecraft but it gets stuck on sign in screen , tryed reinstall but gets stuck on update/download screen showing 0 kb downloaded,0 inter

Method 1:

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to resolve the issue of start menu.

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type Powershell
• Type the following 2 commands in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"}

• Close the Powershell window.
• Reboot,

Follow the steps to reset the Windows Store cache

• Press Windows Key + R key.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter Key.

Your Windows Store cache will be reset. Check if the is resolved.

Downloading is Slow from Store.

From the description, I understand that Windows store downloads slowly.

Step 1:

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

You may try the following steps and check:



Step 2:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
