Windows 10: Microsoft store just wont let me install minecraft

So my minecraft windows 10 edition recently stopped working and i thought i should probably just uninstall it then reinstall it but for some reason i cant reinstall it, some times it just wont start installing it some times it just says pending and other times my cursor just becomes a red circle with a line in the middle, ive tried all the tricks i could find but it still wont work, does anybody have any ideas?

Try re-registering Store app. Perform these steps:

1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From results, right click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.

3. Then type following command and press Enter key:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Let the command complete.

4. Close Windows PowerShell.

I'll try to help you on this issue.

Have you checked if there is an update for the Store ?

Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

Have you already tried to run the Store troubleshooter ?

Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

To assist you better regarding your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows built-in troubleshooter. Follow these steps:

• Press the Windows icon, then type in Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Look for Windows store apps, then follow the prompt and finish the troubleshooter.
