    Microsoft Store keeps opening and I don't know what to do.


    My computer is ruined. Microsoft Store keeps opening by itself and everytime i close it it opens back up immediately. I have tried WSreset, I tried repairing and resetting and terminating the app but it just wont work. everytime i go on an application microsoft store just overlays on it, even if i minimize it, it just pops back up. I even checked my antivirus but it just wont work. I am crying. Please help me

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.
