Windows 10: Microsoft Store loading nonstop / Windows Update doesnt work

Hello, i wanted to download Minecraft for Windows Bedrock Edition and it didnt work.So i opened Microsoft Store and it loads nonstop.This began today as i reset the app cause i couldn't use it. Every time i opened it, it gave a Error without code.Today i reseted Microsoft Store and now it's broken.I already run some Troubleshooting but it didn't help. It always showed there a safety settings missing.And the Update doesn't work too. I used the Assistant Tool from Microsoft already. Yes it updated my version but not fix my PC.Here some screenshots Sorry that it's on German / Image didn't

• Type Settings on Cortana search box then press Enter.
• Click on Apps.
• On the Search this list box, type in Store.
• Click on Store then click on Advance options.
• Click on Reset.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type

  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
