Windows 10: Microsoft Store not downloading / downloading extremely slowly.

Hi,I have just got a new PC and have tried starting to reinstall old apps . However, I have been having issues with microsoft store. The new computer is windows 11 and whenever I try to install apps from microsoft store there are many bugs that occur, such as the download being stuck on pending for hours, taking hours to install <1mb of data, or the whole microsoft store app just freezing. I have a strong ethernet connection of around 100mbps and have tried multiple solutions to solve this including: reset and repair tools for microsoft store app, changing background download limitations in

Downloading is Slow from Store.

From the description, I understand that Windows store downloads slowly.

Step 1:

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

You may try the following steps and check:



Step 2:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow

Microsoft Store won't download (or EXTREMELY slow to perform actions)

I did that full list in the tutorial, including the registry edit. No change.

The troubleshooter reported that UAC was turned off (true, it annoys me) and said that Store apps require it on to run (never been true in the past). Anyway, I turned it on, and the problem persists anyway. Anything I attempt to download gets stuck on 'Pending'.

What's interesting is the apps will eventually download. After 30 to 60 mins on 'pending', it will move to 'downloading', another very long wait, it will move to installing. I attempted to install the Spotify app, it goes thru this gruelingly slow process, and is now in the 'installing' phase after several hours.

I am really trying to avoid a Win10 reset, in-place or otherwise. even though it says it keeps apps/documents, etc, it always ends up breaking something or causing a huge amount of work to get things back the way they were. I'd sure like to fix this w/o that step if possible.
