Windows 10: Microsoft Store not downloading/installing spotify or any app at all error code 0x80248014

i have been looking for countless hours to fix this errors issue, i tried this website, youtube, and even went to reddit for fixes and nothing has worked for me. I have reset my pc recently and kept all personal files if that information is important. i have done all command prompt codes, i have cleared cache, i have done everything ive seen online and nothing has fixed my issue. One more thing id like to add is that my microsoft store is not in my settings > apps > apps and features it is no where to be seen. I have even removed and reinstalled microsoft store and still nothing. im at a

Hello.
Windows Store don't work anymore. Nomatter if I try to install a new app, or update one I already has, it breaks off download and give me this error 0x80248014 or sometime 0x80070002. I have searched on google about this, but most answers are about Windows Update, and WU is working just fine, but not the Windows Store. I have read and tried this
