Windows 10: microsoft store not installing apps and windows update problem thing i think

so um before i wanted to download xbox accessories to change my keybind thingies and when it did it did not work it would be like when i download it it said: you own this app, then it would say error and this got very annoying and i hated it


i did troubleshoot and it didnt even do anything i also reset the app and it didnt do anything again


i uninstalled minecraft because it was stuck on the loading screen and i tried to install it and it didnt work

bro i just want to download minecraft my mom literally bought it for 10 dollars and i feel so bad omg

im still a kid and i dont know what to do and i watched all the tutorials but none helped

i dont want to buy a whole new computer because the one im using is 200 dollars which is a lot to me

please help i dont know how to fix this i really need help please please please help i tried windows update but it told me "your device is missing important security and quality fixes" happened i dont know why i dont know what happened i also watched tutorial on how to fix the windows update thing but none worked not even troubleshoot


also before when i had minecraft it wouldnt update the latest update is 1.16.210 but mine stayed as 1.16.200 i emailed minecraft for that and they literally took like 10 days to respond and their answer didnt even help their answer was so unrelated to my question even roblox support is better in the microsoft store i went to the downloads and update section and it said "all apps are up to date" or something it said it would auto update but it didnt and i couldnt play with my friends anymore


someone please help me please i dont know what to do i cant do windows update i cant install any app from the ms store i cant play bedrock with my friends and none of the tutorials help and i feel like crying knowing that my mom wasted 10 dollars on it someone please please im begging please someone help i really need someones assistance please please help me

Microsoft is purging a lot of low quality apps from the Windows Store

"Microsoft is sending emails to some Windows Store developers informing them that their apps have been removed from the Store for violating its quality standards."

"Neowin reports that app developers have been receiving these emails over the past couple of days:

In its latest review of the Store, Microsoft is evaluating if the published apps are good enough to be listed in the Windows Store. This includes publicly available apps as well as private beta apps. Additionally, Microsoft is also asking developers to delete any promotional campaigns for their apps to prevent advertising charges. Similarly, app name reservations are also being nullified; which means that if your app is unpublished, there's no guarantee that you'll be able to republish it under the same name.

Officially, the policies for the Microsoft Store says that apps must have "distinct and informative metadata" and "provide a valuable and quality user experience". There are also some specific standards that must be in the apps, including having a name that is not similar to another app or device, along with offering a description that is accurate about its features and functions.

There have certainly been many Windows Store users who have complained over the years about the large number of apps published that are clones of other apps or ones that are simply poorly made. Hopefully, this new move by Microsoft will help to curb these issues, at least for now."

Apps won't install in Microsoft Store

We understand your concern as you are unable to install apps in Microsoft Store. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers
to the questions below:

• 
  Do you have any non-Microsoft antivirus program installed?
  
• 
  Does this issue occur for all apps from the store?
  
• What is the date and time on the PC and ensure it is correct?

Meanwhile,
we would suggest you to perform these steps and after every step check if you are able to install the app.



Step
1: Reset the Windows Store Cache: Press the Windows
Logo Key + R to open the Run
dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



Note:
A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



Step 2: Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: Select the
Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security
> Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows
Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

Step 4: If you have any non-Microsoft security/antivirus software installed, disable it temporarily and

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
