Windows 10: Microsoft Store not Open

    Microsoft Store not Open


    So, when I launch the store it opens, but when I download a program, update a program it gives me this error : Code: 0x80131500 I've tried to troubleshoot the Microsoft store but that option is not available for me, I have tried to reset the microsoft store, however I cannot locate it in the app's section in the settings. I am stumped.
