Windows 10: Microsoft Store not showing my game purchase in my library

I bought several games a long time ago, including age of empires and rise of nation, I am an adult, I have little time to play. But today I felt like entering again and it turns out that the purchased games only give me the option to buy them again. I bought them in 2021, the last time I played was in June 2021 and august 2021, and I tried to communicate by phone but I only have an automatic answering machine that generates a loop when selecting an option. The games are still connected to my Microsoft account but I have no option to download them and they are not in the Microsoft Store or Micr

Purchased apps/games not appearing in my Windows Store library.

Purchased apps/games not appearing in my Windows Store library. It appears to be only one game involved. I've tried the reset options, updates etc. Nothing seems to work. When I go to the store it wants me to purchase but my account history shows I've purchased it several years ago. I've tried the suggestions from previous posts.

 

Purchased a game and it's not showing up in my library

So the other day I purchased Forza Deluxe Edition for the pc on the Windows store, after the purchase an error message popped up and said oops an error occurred on our end, please try again, so I purchased the standard version cause I figured nothing had
been purchased. When I went to purchase history it shows I purchased both games accidentally, so no biggy I refunded the standard version and went to install the game I bought, but the game doesn't show up in my library even though I show it in my purchase
history and its taken my money from my card. I contacted the purchase help people, they say I can only refund one thing a year and transfered me to store help, they say they can't help me and sent me to a page on their site but seemed to be the wrong page.
So now I'm stuck with $80 missing and no game in my library.

TLR: bought two versions of a game accidentally, refunded one but neither show up for me to play even though I paid for it

We understand that Candy Crush Saga shows as Purchased minutes ago in Store Library. We would like to inform that Microsoft Store adds all the installed apps to the Owned list that is the reason you might be seeing Purchased minutes ago for Candy Crush
saga. The Owned list helps in finding the previously installed apps, and in case you wish to install any previously installed app, you can do that through Owned list.



However, you can hide the app from the Store library. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Microsoft Store, click on the
   Ellipsis (…).
   
2. Select My Library.
   
3. Under My Library, click on the
   Ellipsis (…) for Candy Crush Saga and select Hide.
