Windows 10: Microsoft Store not showing my purchase in my library

I have built a PC logged into my account and can see my purchases there but when I go into Microsoft Store to my library there is nothing there. I was advised to contact Microsoft which I did. I spent 4 hours from start to finish being moved from one department to the other. Finally I was put through to Accounts after they could not sort out the problem after 4 hours on the phone. Accounts said yes I can see the product that you have bought, I will try to sort for you. After another 30 minutes trying to rectify the problem and couldnt the agent said cannot make a refund will pass you to Windows technical as this is an issue or them. I said that is the department that passed me to you as could not fix. The agent said you may get somebody with more knowledge this time. After spending 4 hours on the telephone with Microsoft passed from at least 5 different departments I dis not want to go back to Technical. The agent said well I cannot give you a refund. Please is there anybody out there that can help me. Microsoft cannot and will not refund me for the App I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 which I bought through Microsoft store May 2020. I have downloaded onto my other computers previously from Microsoft Store My Library so I know how it works.

Please help me somebody

Candy Crush Saga - Microsoft Store - Purchased minutes ago

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



We understand that Candy Crush Saga shows as Purchased minutes ago in Store Library. We would like to inform that Microsoft Store adds all the installed apps to the Owned list that is the reason you might be seeing Purchased minutes ago for Candy Crush
saga. The Owned list helps in finding the previously installed apps, and in case you wish to install any previously installed app, you can do that through Owned list.



However, you can hide the app from the Store library. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Microsoft Store, click on the
   Ellipsis (…).
   
2. Select My Library.
   
3. Under My Library, click on the
   Ellipsis (…) for Candy Crush Saga and select Hide.

Microsoft store purchase not in library

We truly understand how frustrating it could be. However, in order to guide you in right direction, could you please let us know some information regarding the issue.



Are you using the same Microsoft account, which was used to purchase?



I suggest you to sign out from Microsoft Store and then sign in using the same Microsoft Account which was used to purchase the game. Check if you are able to install it.





I suggest you to refer the article
View your Microsoft Store order history , and I also suggest to

Contact Microsoft Store Support, check if that helps.

Microsoft Store showing no apps in library

I noticed some of my apps not working right. I went to the Microsoft Store and checked the library and installed apps. Both show no apps. Reset the store and have the same problem.
