Windows 10: Microsoft store not working and replaced with ms-resource:StoreTitle on start menu.

As the title says,my Microsoft Store does not work and when I search for it in my search bar.It shows ms-resource:StoreTitle instead.Nothing happens when I click on it Similar case for other windows apps:Sticky Notes --> ms-resource:StickyNotesAppNamePhotos --> ms-resource:AppFriendlyNameIssue started after I did a Windows Reset.What I have already tried:sfc /scannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthWindows Repair ToolWindows Store Apps Troubleshooter -> No issue detectedPlease help

I keep getting " there is a problem with (Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.7.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.WindowsStore/Resources/StoreTitle) Contact your administrator about repairing. How do I repair it. Also, Microsoft Edge disappeared,
the new notifications button doesn't work, the start button doesn't work. I did a reset and had to reinstall programs and it was working until the restart,

This is on my laptop which was running Win7 Pro. I have a Desktop computer which doesn't have any problems which was running Win7 home premium. Both are 64bit.

In the list All Apps The above title appears.

The Windows Store won't work anymore.

There are a few more Apps. starting with @ and also they won't work anymore.

Hopefully you can inform me so I will be able to fix this problems,

I've tried all the suggested solutions I've come across here. This particular one removed the Windows Store from my Start menu. Where is it? Cortana search yields a windows Store symbol followed by

@{Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.25.5.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.WindowsStore/Resources/StoreTitle}

Just like the defective Windows Store tile (before it was removed) a window with that string in the title flashes on for about a second then disappears.
