    Microsoft Store on Windows 11 Fails to Open


    Hi,I'm running Windows 11 Pro Build 22000. I rarely need to use the Store app, so I'm not sure how long this issue has existed, but whenever I open it, I get a message reading "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" with error code 0x00000194.Occasionally I'll be able to get to an app's page by opening Store from a webpage, but the app will then fail to install with a similar message like "something happened on our end." I've already tried running troubleshooter and repairing and resetting the app. Neither have worked. I've also tried running WSreset, but th

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

    I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

    Try the following steps:


    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run window

    • Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.


    Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.
