Windows 10: Microsoft Store or Xbox login tab reopening after trying to log in.

Hi, I am trying to log into my Xbox account, I choose the mail and user but when I enter the password, the enter password tab reopens, this happens with the Microsoft auth app too, my older accounts that I already logged into are working fine but I need to use a new one for this. when I swap the Windows user to the account I am trying to log into I can log into everything fine, even other accounts that I never used on the new user work and I don't know why or how to fix this

Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
   
2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
   
3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.

Can't Login to Store/Xbox/

As I understand from your information you are not able login in windows store as well in Xbox.

I would suggest you to run windows apps troubleshooter to resolve windows store issue.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
  
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.
  

To resolve Xbox issue I would suggest you to post your query in Xbox forum. We have dedicated team which deals with all these kinds of issues.

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.
